Welcome to Congregation
Dorshei Tzedek!
Congregation Dorshei Tzedek welcomes, supports, and advocates for trans/nonbinary/gender-nonconforming adults and children.
We reaffirm the commitment made by the Reconstructionist movement in 2017 to "the full inclusion, acceptance, appreciation, celebration and welcome of people of all gender identities in Jewish life and in society at large." We share the movement's condemnation of "all instances of bias, discrimination, violence, hatred, and intimidation against transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming individuals."
"We are a Reconstructionist Congregation dedicated to creating a caring and inclusive community, and to enhancing Jewish practice and learning in the lives of our members."
