All are invited to join Rabbi Toba & CDT member-leaders in the CDT sanctuary and on Zoom for a contemplative Shabbat morning service featuring song, chant, and guided and silent meditation, beginning at 10 am. Torah study will begin at approximately 11 am. We will then continue (in-person only) with a silent Kiddush lunch and mindful movement from noon to 1:30 pm. Come to all or part of the morning, and no meditation experience necessary!
