At this Shabbat morning service, as we read about the instructions to the Israelites to bring their materials and their skills to build the Mishkan, the sanctuary in the desert, we will be celebrating the adult bat mitzvah of CDT member Phyllis Kantor, who will share about her many decades of creating Jewish ritual fabric art. Kiddush lunch follows services.
