Rabbi Toba, Rabbinic Intern Akiva Nelson, and the CDT Ritual Committee invite you to join a conversation about energizing our community's spiritual life and broadening the ways that members can engage meaningfully in spiritual and ritual practices at CDT. We will do some brief study of earlier Jewish models of spiritual/ritual practice, especially the rabbinic notion of "service of the heart," and then explore these questions together:

*How might we think about “service of the heart” in the context of our communal life at CDT?

*To what, and how, do you want to “come close”?

*What has been exciting/meaningful/powerful for you in the spiritual/ritual realm at CDT? 

*What might we create as a community to help us grow in this realm?
