Over her winter sabbatical, Rabbi Toba will be working on a book about God and metaphor, and the ways in which Jewish texts and tradition offer new and sometimes surprising ways to think about divinity and our relationship to it. In this class, she will share some sections of the forthcoming book, and the texts that inspired it. Whether you are comfortable with God language, have no use for it, or are somewhere in between, this class is for you!
