Tuesday, December 14, 2021 • 10 Tevet 5782
7:00 PM - 8:30 PMZoomSponsored by Boston Workers Circle's Acting For Racial and Economic Justice Committee
Rabbi Toba will be participating in an online convening that brings together Jewish communities across Massachusetts to share ideas and practices around reparations, in solidarity with the Grassroots Reparations Campaign’s bi-annual “Reparations Sundays.”
The panel will speak about the ways we as Jews can engage with the spiritual, moral, political, and economic aspects of the work of reparations. In addition to Rabbi Toba, speakers will include co-chairs Rabbi Devorah Jacobson and Jeff Gold of the Reparations Committee of the Jewish Community of Amherst, Israel Harris and Yolanda Savage-Narva of the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, and Boston Workers Circle members.
