Everyone is warmly invited to join a Zoom discussion group about disability justice on May 9 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

We will start with some disability Torah from Rabbi Julia Watts Belser's book, Loving Our Own Bones. That will lead to a discussion of the impact of normativity and ableism on each of us. Finally, we will talk about how turning toward disability can bring us unique wisdom and a call to repair our world so that all of our bodies and minds truly belong. With sufficient interest, this group will continue, and we will discuss as a group how we would like to proceed.
