VIM: Sacred Circle Dance with Evi Beck
Sunday, June 13, 2021 • 3 Tammuz 5781
10:30 AM - 12:00 PMSacred Circle Dance is a gentle dance practice with simple, repetitive steps and ancient roots in music and dance from around the world; it aims to integrate mind, body, and spirit. The "sacred" signals the intention to focus energy on healing and wholeness. Dance themes include celebration of the seasons, life events, the oneness of all life, and prayers for peace. No previous dance experience or partners needed. The philosophy of this form of dance is "there are no mistakes, only variations."
