Tashlikh: On Rosh Hashanah, it is customary to symbolically release our transgressions and to cast off that which holds us back from doing complete teshuvah. There are three tashlikh opportunities: 4:30pm at Newton City Hall Pond with Rabbi Toba Spitzer, 4:30pm in Watertown Square with Rabbi Shahar Colt, and 4:30pm at the beach at Jamaica Pond with CDT congregant Bill Shorr. Please bring small beans (no bread, please) to cast into the water. All ages are encouraged to come!
